به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی سازمان حج و زیارت؛ مهندس سعید اوحدی درباره روادید متقاضیانی که قصد سفر به عتبات عالیات در ایام محرم و صفر به‌ویژه اربعین حسینی را دارند، اظهار کرد: مردم باید نسبت به وعده‌های دروغین برخی دفاتر غیر‌مجاز و جاعلان ویزا هوشیار باشند و تمامی برنامه‌های سفر زیارتی خود را از مراکز قانونی انجام دهند.

وی خاطرنشان کرد: نمونه‌ای از فریب خوردگی برخی متقاضایان سفر به عتبات عالیات در روزهای گذشته به‌وقوع پیوست و بیش از 800 نفر از زائران اصفهانی و تهرانی که ویزای غیر‌قانونی و جعلی را از طریق دفاتر غیر‌مجاز دریافت کرده بودند در مرزها سرگردان شده و اجازه خروج پیدا نکردند.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت تصریح کرد: دفاتر غیر‌قانونی و صادر‌کنندگان ویزای جعلی به‌دنبال این هستند تا در ماههای محرم و صفر و به‌ویژه ایام اربعین حسینی از عشق و علاقه معنوی مردم سوء‌استفاده کنند که به طور حتم با اینگونه افراد و مراکز که قصد اخلال در برنامه‌های قانونی را دارند برخورد خواهد شد.

اوحدی با اشاره به تمهیدات اندیشیده شده برای سفر زائران اربعین حسینی گفت: طبق مصوبه ستاد مرکزی اربعین، تمام روند نام‌نویسی باید در سامانه سماح انجام گیرد و مراحل صدور ویزای اربعین نیز منوط به ثبت‌نام و گذراندن مراحل قانونی است.

وی ادامه داد: سامانه سماح ضمن معرفی دفاتر زیارتی مجاز، تاریخ ورود و خروج متقاضیان و مرز خروجی را نیز برای آنان مشخص خواهد کرد؛ بنابراین نظم‌بخشی و ساماندهی یکی از اولویتهای زائران اربعین حسینی است.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت به فعالیت برخی دفاتر غیر قانونی و آزاد اشاره و تصریح کرد: متاسفانه برخی از این دفاتر که هیچگونه مجوزی را کسب نکرده‌اند، ادعای اخذ ویزای اربعین و عتبات عالیات را دارند که این اقدام آنها باعث اخلال در خدمات‌رسانی به زائران اربعین حسینی خواهد شد.

اوحدی تصریح کرد: سامانه سماح خروج زائران اربعین حسینی در هر استان را بر اساس تقسیمات کشوری مشخص کرده و تاریخ خروج زائران نیز مشخص می‌شود که در صورت وجود ویزاهای غیر قانونی، شاهد بی‌نظمی و شلوغی در مرزها خواهیم بود.

وی اضافه کرد: به هر میزانی که ویزای آزاد و غیر قانونی عتبات عالیات در ایام اربعین حسینی صادر شود باید منتظر آشفتگی و ناهماهنگیها در مرزها باشیم.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت با بیان اینکه دفاتر غیر قانونی ادعای صدور ویزا با رقم پایین‌تر از قیمت تعیین شده را دارند، گفت: این مجموعه‌ها با تبلیغات کذب به‌دنبال سوءاستفاده از احساسات پاک مردم هستند.

اوحدی افزود: قیمت ویزای اربعین حسینی از سوی دولت عراق 40 دلار تعیین شده بنابراین به‌هیچ عنوان نمی‌توان با رقمی پایین‌تر از حد تعیین شده ویزا صادر شود و این تبلیغات دروغ‌پردازی و کذب است.

وی تاکید کرد: مردم باید مراقب این مجموعه‌های غیرقانونی و مشکوک در همه ایام و به‌ویژه اربعین حسینی باشند چرا که آنها قصد کلاهبرداری و مشکل‌آفرینی در حرکت روان زائران حسینی را دارند.
