مدیر کل عتبات سازمان حج و زیارت با بیان اینکه شرایط خاص فعلی در عراق منجر به عدم حضور به موقع کارشناسان کنسولی این کشور در ایران شده، گفت: پس از استقرار همه کارشناسان عراقی صدور روادید در 12 مرکز آغاز می‌شود.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی سازمان حج و زیارت؛ محسن نظافتی  درباره تعویق عملیات صدور روادید در 12 مرکز صدور ویزای اربعین، گفت: کارشناسان کنسولی عراق سفر خود را به ایران در زمان اعلام شده انجام ندادند و تعدادی از آنها روز جمعه، تعدادی روز شنبه، تعدادی روز یکشنبه و تعدادی هم روز دوشنبه به ایران ‌آمدند.

وی افزود: تعدادی از کارشناسان کنسولی عراق دیروز (دوشنبه) به استان‌های قم، مازندران و اصفهان سفر کردند و احتمالاً روند صدور روادید در این استان‌ها از امروز(سه‌شنبه) آغاز خواهد شد و به دیگر استان‌ها نیز تسری پیدا می‌کند و امیدوارم که ظرف 2 یا 3 روز آینده این روند به کل 12 مرکز برسد.

نظافتی با بیان اینکه طبق برنامه‌ریزی‌ها قرار بود صدور روادید اربعین در 12 مرکز از روز شنبه آغاز شود، تصریح کرد: صدور روادید اربعین در ایران به دلیل شرایط فعلی و خاص عراق با چند روز تأخیر آغاز خواهد شد.

مدیر کل عتبات سازمان حج و زیارت با بیان  اینکه هماهنگی زمان و روز حضور کارشناسان کنسولی عراق بر عهده وزارت امور خارجه ایران بوده است، خاطرنشان کرد: قرار بود که بعد از استقرار آنها در ایران کار صدور روادید آغاز شود که تاکنون این امر محقق نشده است. 

وی درباره حضور اتباع غیرایرانی در راهپیمایی اربعین و همچنین نحوه ثبت‌نام آنها برای دریافت روادید تصریح کرد: این امر بر عهده اداره اتباع وزارت کشور است و آنها هم سازوکار خاصی دارند که هم اکنون در حال تنظیم آیین‌نامه اختصاصی این موضوع و رایزنی با برخی سفارتخانه‌ها هستند ضمن اینکه سامانه سماح هم تنها برای ثبت‌نام اتباع ایرانی و تعیین تکلیف اتباع غیرایرانی مشتاق حضور در راهپیمایی اربعین بر عهده ستاد مرکزی اربعین در وزارت کشور است.
