یانیه سازمان حج و زیارت در خصوص حج تمتع سال جاری منتشر شد.

در این اطلاعیه آمده است : به اطلاع مردم شريف ايران ومشتاقان زيارت بيت الله الحرام مي رساند بعثه مقام معظم رهبری و سازمان حج و زيارت برای حضور حجاج كشورمان در مراسم حج سال 1395 طبق روال سال‌هاي گذشته اقدامات گسترده و مستمری را انجام داده اند.

1) نگاه جمهوري اسلامي ايران به حجّ و عمره، نگاهي معنوي، وحدت آفرين، توسعه بخشِ اُخوت ديني و اسلامي و پرهيز از فرقه‌گرايي و طايفه‌گري بوده و هست و شركت با شكوه حجاج ايراني در نمازهاي جماعت مسجدالحرام و مسجدالنبي(ص)، توّجه جدّي به تلاوت قرآن‌كريم و اهتمام به دعا و مناجات با حضرت احديت، شاهد بر اين است كه جمهوري اسلامي ايران به مراسم حجّ نگاهي فرا ملّي داشته و دارد.

2)جمهوري اسلامي ايران از حجّ گذشته، برنامه‌ريزي براي حجّ امسال را آغاز و نسبت به فراهم ساختن مقدمات برگزاري حجّ 95 اقدامات لازم را بعمل آورد و از آن زمان تا كنون هيچگونه ترديدي براي اقامه حجّ نداشته و همچنان مصمّم به برگزاري حجّی با شکوه می‌باشد.

3) دور اول مذاكرات حج تمتع امسال علی‌رغم پیگیری های جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای امضای بموقع تفاهم‌نامه حج، به علت همکاری نكردن مسئولین سعودی تحت تاثیر مسائل سیاسی، بجای دی ماه 94 با ۳ ماه تأخیر در اواخر فروردين 95 انجام شد که به دلیل عدم قبول صدور ویزا در داخل کشور و عدم امکان استفاده از هواپیمایی جمهوری اسلامی و موارد دیگر نا تمام ماند.

4) برای دور دوم مذاکرات علیرغم وعده‌های مسئولین عربستان، روادید برای سفر دوم هیئت ایرانی با 45 روز تأخیر و پس از انتصاب وزیر جدید حج عربستان صادر شد و نهایتاً هیئت جمهوري اسلامي ايران با دعوت رسمی وزیر جديد حج عربستان و قول مساعد حل مشکلات در مورخ پنجم خرداد ماه 95 عازم اين كشور شد.

5) در گفتگوهای این دوره ضمن حل مشکل صدور روادید در ایران و استفاده از هواپیمایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در انتقال حجاج کشورمان تلاش گردید تا با توجه به حوادث تلخ گذشته شرايط اعزام حجاج ايراني را با اطمینان از "تأمين امنيت و حفظ عزت وكرامت حجاج" فراهم آید که به علّت ناهماهنگی در سطوح عالی عربستان و تأثیر نگاه سیاسی بر مسائل حج، به اين مطالبات پاسخ مثبت داده نشد.

6) با وجود ادّعای طرف سعودی برای حل مسائل کنسولی، تا کنون هيچ توافق مکتوبی در این خصوص بین مسئولین وزارت امور خارجه عربستان با وزارت امور خارجه سوئیس بر اساس کنوانسیون‌های بین المللی صورت نگرفته است.

7) عربستان سعودي علي‌رغم تبليغات سوء رسانه‌های خود، تحت تأثیر فضای سیاسی بین دو کشور، حج را به مسائل سیاسی گره زده و بر همین مبنا متن تفاهم‌نامه متداول و هر ساله را تغییر داده است. لذا این دولت سعودی است كه ضمن بهره برداری سیاسی از حجّ و حرمین شريفین، با حقّ مسلم مردم شریف ایران برای انجام مناسک حجّ مخالفت به عمل آورده و صدّ عَن سَبیلِ اللّه نموده است.

8) اکنون با عنایت به از دست دادن زمان برای برنامه‌ریزی و تدارکات امور حجاج ایرانی و عدم تأمین مطالبات به حق جمهوری اسلامی اعلام می‌شود که به دلیل استمرار کارشکنی‌های دولت سعودی زائرین عزیز جمهوری اسلامی ایران از حضور در مراسم حج تمتع سال‌جاری محروم می‌شوند که مسئولیت آن بر عهده دولت عربستان سعودی است.
