رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت از ثبت نام بیش از 650 هزار نفر در سامانه سماح خبر داد و تأکید کرد: مشتاقان زیارت اربعین از مطمئن ترین مسیر برای دریافت ویزای که سامانه سماح است، اقدام نمایند.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی سازمان حج و زیارت؛ مهندس سعید اوحدی صبح امروز-دوشنبه دهم آبان ماه- از ثبت نام بیش از 650 هزار نفر از مشتاقان زیارت اربعین در سامانه سماح خبر داد و گفت: روز گذشته بیشترین استقبال از ثبت نام ها در سماح را طی این روزها داشتیم و بیش از 60 هزار نفر در این سامانه ثبت نام کردند که این بیانگر دسترسی سهل و آسان زائران به این سامانه است.

وی افزود: مشتاقان زیارت اربعین می توانند به آسانی و در کوتاه ترین زمان از منازل و محل کار خود به سامانه سماح به نشانی samah.haj.ir مراجعه کرده و از مطمئن ترین و امن ترین مسیر دریافت ویزای اربعین، نسبت به ثبت نام اقدام نمایند.

وی افزود: این روزها ایام پرکاری برای بیش از 2200 دفتر خدمات زیارتی در سراسر کشور است که مسئولیت جمع آوری مدارک و پیگیری صدور ویزای زائران را که در 16 مرکز کنسولگری عراق صادر می گردد را بر عهده دارند.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت در ادامه از تلاشهای بی وقفه و خالصانه سربازان گمنام امام زمان(ع) در کشف باند جعل ویزای عتبات بویژه ایام اربعین تقدیر کرد و گفت: این عزیزان با این اقدام از حقوق مردم و زائران اباعبدالله(ع) بویژه زائران اربعین صیانت کردند که این اقدام بیانگر هوشمندی دستگاه اطلاعاتی کشور است.

رئیس سازمان حج بیان کرد: همانگونه که در اطلاعیه وزارت اطلاعات کشورمان تأکید شده مشتاقان زیارت اربعین از امن ترین مسیر که همان سامانه سماح است، برای دریافت ویزای اریعین اقدام نمایند تا با مشکلی مواجه نشوند.

وی با بیان اینکه این روزها برخی مجموعه ها با سوءاستفاده از احساسات پاک زائران امام حسین(ع) اقدام به کلاهبرداری و جعل ویزا کردند، از زائران خواست ثبت نام در سماح را به رزوهای آخر موکول نکنند.

مهندس اوحدی با بیان اینکه مشتاقان زیارت اربعین تا 25 آبان ماه فرصت دارند تا در سامانه سماح ثبت‌نام کنند، گفت: تا این لحظه 33 درصد ثبت نام کنندگان سماح را بانوان و 67 درصد را آقایان تشکیل می دهند.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت بیان کرد: تا این لحظه 450 هزار نفر از ثبت نام کنندگان در سماح مدارک خود را به دفاتر خدمات زیارتی تحویل داده اند که از بقیه ثبت نام کنندگان نیز می خواهیم تا ظرف امروز و فردا مدارک خود را به دفاتر تحویل دهند تا زمینه صدور بموقع روادید آنان فراهم شود.

مهندس اوحدی ادامه داد: برنامه ریزی برای اعزام کاروانی زائران اربعین تا نقطه صفر مرزی با همکاری سپاه و بسیج و کمیته حمل و نقل اربعین و سازمان پایانه ها در برنامه است که در این خصوص اطلاع رسانی لازم صورت خواهد پذیرفت.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت در خصوص پوشش بیمه ای افرادی که خارج از سامانه سماح ویزای اربعین را دریافت کرده اند، توضیح داد: ما همواره تأکید کرده ایم که زائران اربعین در سامانه سماح ثبت نام کنند اما در مورد زائرانی که خارج از این سامانه اقدام کرده اند، در ستاد مرکزی اربعین تمهیداتی اندیشیده شد تا آن عزیزان نیز بتوانند در سامانه اطلاعات خود را وارد کنند که بدلیل اینکه ما نمی توانیم مرجع اصلی یا غیر اصلی بودن ویزا باشیم در آن سامانه از زائران پرسیده می شود که مایل به دریافت ویزا هستید یا خیر و در ادامه این عزیزان می توانند از خدمات بیمه و درمان که شرایط آن در سامانه اعلام شده بهره مند شوند.

مهندس اوحدی در خصوص ظرفیت هایی که سامانه سماح در اختیار دیگر کمیته های اربعین قرار می دهد، توضیح داد: ما در سامانه سماح روز خروج زائران و شهرهای آنان را داریم، این سامانه به درگاه سازمان ثبت احوال متصل است و اطلاعات جامعی از زائران و گروه بندی ها را داریم و از همه مهم تر مرزهای خروجی نیز به تفکیک روز و تعداد زائران ورودی مشخص است. بر اساس آمایش استانی ستاد اربعین ، این تفکیک را داریم که در هر روز چه تعداد زائر از هر یک از مرزها خارج می شوند که این آمار برای برنامه ریزی ارائه خدمات درمانی و حمل و نقل زائران و دیگر خدمات آمار مفیدی خواهد بود.
