19 توصیه‌ کنسولی وزارت خارجه به زائران اربعین حسینی(ع)

وزارت امور خارجه ایران به زائرین اربعین حسینی 19 توصیه کنسولی ارائه داد.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی سازمان حج و زیارت، این توصیه‌ها به شرح زیر است:

1- زائرین عزیز صرفاً با داشتن گذرنامه معتبر و روادید کشور عراق و از طریق مرزهای قانونی امکان خروج از کشور و بازگشت به کشور را خواهند داشت.

2 - صدور روادید عراق در سفارت آن کشور در تهران و کنسولگری‏‌های عراق در مشهد، کرمانشاه و اهواز و دفاتر موقت کنسولی در 12 نقطه دیگر کشور (کرج، ورامین، قم، اصفهان، شیراز، تبریز، رشت، ساری، کرمان، آبادان، سوسنگرد و ایلام) برنامه‌ریزی شده است. به هیچ وجه در مبادی مرزی برای کسی روادید صادر نخواهد شد. لذا زائرین محترم از حرکت به سمت مرزها بدون داشتن روادید، اکیداً خودداری کنند.

- 3 هزینه صدور روادید و بیمه در سراسر کشور، یکسان است. لذا به کلیه زائران محترم توصیه می‌شود صرفاً از طریق دفاتر حج و زیارت و دفاتر معتبر نسبت به اخذ روادید اقدام کرده و از تحویل مدارک و پول به افراد یا مراکز غیرمعتبر که مدعی اخذ روادید با مبالغ پایین‌تر و یا با شرایط خاص هستند، خودداری کنید.

4 - به هیچ وجه برنامه‏‌ای برای لغو روادید در ایام اربعین وجود نخواهد داشت و زائران محترم به شایعات و اظهارات افراد غیرمسوول در این خصوص توجه نکنند.

5 - توصیه می‌شود هرچه زودتر نسبت به اخذ روادید ورود به کشور عراق از سفارت یا سرکنسولگری‌های آن کشور اقدام کرده و از موکول کردن این امر به روزهای پایانی (نزدیک به اربعین) خودداری کنند.

6 - تردد مرزی در ایام اربعین صرفاً از مرزهای مشخص شده برای زائرین استان‌های کشور به شرح زیر امکان‌پذیر است:

- مرز مهران: آذربایجان شرقی، آذربایجان غربی، اربیل، زنجان، قزوین، البرز، تهران، قم، مرکزی، گیلان، مازندران، گلستان، کردستان، کرمانشاه، ایلام، همدان، لرستان

- مرز چذابه: خراسان جنوبی، خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی، سمنان، یزد، اصفهان، چهارمحال بختیاری، خوزستان

- مرز شلمچه: اصفهان، فارس، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، سیستان و بلوچستان، کرمان، بوشهر، هرمزگان، خوزستان، خراسان رضوی و اتباع خارجی

(استان‏‌های اصفهان و خراسان جنوبی از هر دو مرز شلمچه و چذابه، اجازه تردد دارند.)

7 - نسبت به برنامه‌ریزی سفر به‌صورت گروهی اقدام کرده و در طول سفر ارتباط با همراهان خود را حفظ کنند؛ و از شروع یا ادامه سفر به‌صورت انفرادی خودداری کنید.

8 - به منظور حفاظت از مدارک خود و پیشگیری از مفقود شدن آن‌ها، در ورود به عراق از همراه داشتن مدارک غیرضروری اعم از شناسنامه، کارت ملی، دفترچه بیمه، کارت‌های اداری، پایان خدمت، گواهینامه رانندگی و ... خودداری کنید. قابل ذکر است این‏‌گونه مدارک در داخل کشور عراق کاربردی ندارند و در صورت مفقود شدن آن‌ها، صدور المثنی قبل از بازگشت به کشور امکان‌پذیر نبوده و از مراجعه به کنسولگری‌های کشورمان برای این منظور خودداری کنید.

- 9مبالغ کافی (با احتساب امکان طولانی شدن مدت سفر و مشکلات پیش‌بینی نشده) همراه داشته باشید و قبلاً نسبت به نرخ تبدیل ارز (ریال به دینار) اطلاع حاصل کنید؛ اگرچه پول ایرانی نیز در داخل عراق قابل استفاده است.

10 - حتماً پس از ورود به مرز عراق، از درج مهر ورود به آن کشور در گذرنامه خود اطمینان حاصل کنید.

11 - هر یک از دارندگان روادید گروهی (مانیفست)، یک نسخه کپی رنگی از فهرست روادید خود را تهیه و ممهور کنند تا در صورت جدا شدن احتمالی از گروه، بتوانند با آن (به همراه اصل گذرنامه) از مرز دو کشور تردد کنند.

12 - زوار محترم تصویر صفحه اول گذرنامه، روادید (انفرادی یا گروهی) و مهرهای خروج و ورود را در گوشی همراه خود یا همراهان‌شان ذخیره کنند تا درصورت مفقود شدن گذرنامه، امکان تسهیل و تسریع در مساعدت‌های کنسولی فراهم باشد.

13 - مدت اقامت مجاز برای ایام اربعین در خاک عراق، بیست روز است. بنابراین زائرین عزیر حتماً توجه داشته باشند که باید قبل از بیست روز، خاک آن کشور را ترک کنند؛ و الا مشمول جریمه و یا مراحل قضایی خواهند شد.

14 - نمایندگی‏‌های کشورمان در عراق تمام ظرفیت و توان خود را در جهت خدمات‏‌رسانی مطلوب به هموطنان زائر به‏ کارگیری خواهند کرد. شماره تلفن این نمایندگی‌ها جهت اطلاع، به شرح زیر اعلام می‌شود:

-سفارت ایران در بغداد: 15377605 و 15377644 - 00964

- سرکنسولگری ایران در کربلا: 32322905 - 00964

- سرکنسولگری ایران در نجف: 7814132821 و 7814132819 - 00964

- سرکنسولگری ایران در بصره: 7901399264 - 00964

15- در صورت مفقود شدن گذرنامه، به یکی از کنسولگری‏‌های کشورمان در عراق (کربلا، نجف، بصره، بغداد و...) مراجعه کنند. باتوجه به محدودیت امکانات، از ارائه خدماتی نظیر تأمین محل اسکان و یا پرداخت وجوه معذور هستند.

16 - با توافق به‌عمل آمده با طرف عراقی و تمهید نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، اتباع خارجی مقیم (مخصوصاً اتباع کشور افغانستان) که دارای کارت آمایش و ... در کشور هستند، از طریق دفاتر کفالت، امکان دریافت روادید ویژه اربعین و شرکت در این مراسم معنوی را خواهند داشت.

17 - سفارتخانه‏‌ها و کنسولگری‌های جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کشورهای همسایه (به‌ویژه در پاکستان و افغانستان) آمادگی دارند برای شیعیان متقاضی شرکت در راهپیمایی اربعین در صورت داشتن روادید عراق صادره از حوزه آن نمایندگی، روادید دو بار ورود با اقامت یک‌ماه در ایران صادر کنند. تردد این دسته از زائرین فقط از مرز شلمچه امکان‌پذیر است که بر روی برچسب روادید آن‌ها نیز درج می‏‌شود. برای اتباع خارجی غیرمقیم، در داخل ایران، روادید صادر نمی‌شود.

18 - با عنایت به قوانین سخت‌گیرانه کشور عراق ازجمله مجازات‌های حبس طویل المدت، از همراه داشتن قرص‌های مسکن و موادمخدر به هر دلیلی اکیداً خودداری کنید.
