شرح مناسبت:

1- ولادت حضرت محمد(ص) به اتّفاق نظر شيعيان در ۱۷ ربيع الاول در سال عام الفيل مي‏باشد، ولي برخي از مسلمانان، اين واقعه را در روز دوازدهم اين ماه دانسته‏اند. كنيه‏ي آن حضرت، ابوالقاسم و القاب ايشان، رسول اللَّه، نبي اللَّه، خاتم الانبيا، سَيِّدُالبَشَر و... مي‏باشد. پدر ايشان عبداللَّه بن عبدالمطلب و نيز مادر آن حضرت آمنه بنت وَهَب است. رقيه، ام كلثوم، زينب، قاسم، عبداللَّه، ابراهيم و حضرت فاطمه‏ي زهرا(س) فرزندان پيامبر اسلام مي‏باشند كه به جز فاطمه(س) همگي در دوران حيات پيامبر، از دنيا رفتند. دوران زندگي پيامبر اكرم(ص) در دو شهر مكه و مدينه سپري شد. ايشان پس از آن كه در چهل سالگي براي پيامبري برگزيده شدند، در ابتدا دين الهي را به طور مخفيانه تبليغ مي‏كردند و پس از سه سال، به دعوت آشكار دست زدند. رنج‏ها و سختي‏هاي فراواني كه پس از درگذشت ابوطالب، عمو و حضرت خديجه(س) همسر آن حضرت بر ايشان گذشت و همچنين اعلام آمادگي مردم يثرب براي پذيرفتن آن پيامبر عظيم‏الشأن، زمينه ساز هجرت بزرگ ايشان به مدينه گرديد. ده سال آخر عمر و رسالت حضرت محمد(ص) در مدينه، همراه با جنگ‏ها، فتوحات و انتشار آيين آسماني اسلام همراه بود.

۲-وحدت و يكپارچگى مسلمانان و لزوم اتحاد و اتفاق كلمه ميان ايشان بلكه ضرورت توحيد كلمه بر محور كلمه توحيد براى همه موحدان و خداپرستان روى زمين، از تعاليم و آموزشهاى اساسى آيين اسلام و از اصول فرهنگ قرآنى است. و بر همين اساس، قرآن كريم يكى از عمده ‏ترين و سازنده ‏ترين اهداف رسالت رسول اكرم صلى الله عليه و آله را تاليف قلوب و ايجاد انس و تفاهم به جاى خصومت و دشمنى بيان مى‏دارد و اگر كسى در تاريخ، به ديده عبرت بنگرد اين معنى را از شاهكارهاى رسالت محمدى‏ صلى الله عليه و آله مى‏يابد. «واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولاتفرقوا»همگى به حبل و رشته خداوندى چنگ بزنيد و پراكنده نگرديد.

وَاعتَصِمُوا بِحَبلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعاً و لاتَفَرَّقُوا

أيُّهَا النّاسُ! عَلَيكُم بِالجَماعَةِ و إيّاكُم و الفُرقَةَ
