فراخوان ثبت‌نام اولیه از واجدین شرایط تشرف به حج تمتع سال 1396

با سلام و صلوات بر حضرت محمد و آل محمد(علیهم السلام) و تبریک میلاد باسعادت مولی الموحدین حضرت علی (علیه‌السلام) ، به اطلاع کلیه ودیعه‌گذاران حج تمتع که تا تاریخ 1385/04/31 در شعب بانک ملی ایران ثبت‌نام کرده‌اند، می‌رساند:

پیرو اطلاعیه قبلی این سازمان و براساس برنامه زمان‌بندی، دارندگان فیش های ثبت نامی حج تمتع تا تاریخ 1385/04/31 ، از ساعت 9 صبح روز چهارشنبه مورخ 1396/01/23 به مدت ده روز فرصت دارند تا با در دست داشتن اصل قبض ودیعه‌گذاری، اصل شناسنامه و اصل کارت ملی به یکی از شعب بانک ملی ایران مراجعه و نسبت به واریز مبلغ علی الحساب هزینه سفر خود اقدام نمایند.

نکات ذیل جهت اطلاع بیشتر متقاضیان ارائه می گردد:

1) شعب بانک ملی ایران با مراجعه متقاضیان یاد شده، پس از بررسی لازم نسبت به محاسبه اصل و سود متعلقه به مبلغ ودیعه‌گذاری (بصورت روزشمار تا تاریخ مراجعه متقاضی) اقدام و مبلغ مابه‌التفاوت تا سقف 10 میلیون تومان را دریافت و پس از واریز به حساب سازمان، رسید آن را به متقاضی ارائه می‌نماید.

1-1) آن دسته از متقاضیانی که اسناد ثبت‌نامی سال‌هاي 1360 و 1363 با مبالغ 180/000 و 200/000 و 250/000 و 270/000 ريالي را دارا می‌باشند، می‌بایست قبلاً برای تبدیل سند خود به قبض ودیعه‌گذاری 10/000/000 ریالی و استفاده از تسهیلات مربوطه، به دفتر حج و زیارت استان مراجعه و معرفی نامه جهت ارائه به بانک دریافت کرده و پس از دریافت قبض جدید از شعبه بانک ملی (معرفی شده از سوی حج و زیارت استان)، هزینه مربوطه را واریز نمایند.

1-2)دارندگان اسناد8/000/000 ريالي مربوط به سال1377 و منتهي به 1378/01/31 می‌بایست قبلا به یکی از شعب بانک‌ملی مراجعه و با استفاده از تسهيلات و يارانه مربوطه 3/000/000 ريالی نسبت به تبديل قبض ودیعه‌گذاری خود به قبض 10/000/000 ريالي و پرداخت مابه التفاوت یارانه (یک میلیون ریال) به ذینفع اقدام و سپس واریز هزینه مربوطه را واریز نمایند.

1-3 ) دارندگان اسناد 8/000/000 ريالي ازتاریخ 1378/2/1 تا 1378/12/29 بایستی قبلاَ به یکی از شعب بانک‌ملی مراجعه و با احتساب سود متعلقه، نسبت به تبديل قبض خود به قبض ودیعه‌گذاری10/000/000 ريالي اقدام و سپس هزینه مربوطه را واریز نمایند.

2) تأکید می‌گردد با شروع ثبت‌نام در کاروانهای حج (در سطح شهر و شهرستان‌ها)، اولویت با آن دسته از افرادی خواهد بود که در این مرحله اقدام به واریز هزینه اولیه سفر کرده باشند. از این‌رو لازم است تا اولویت‌های فراخوان شده در زمان مقرر نسبت به مراجعه به شعب بانک و انجام مراحل قید شده، اقدام لازم و بموقع را معمول دارند.

3)ضمناً متقاضیان اعزام به حج تمتع سال جاری می بایست دارای گذرنامه بین المللی انفرادی معتبر با حداقل اعتبار تا تاریخ 1396/12/05 باشند. در غیر اینصورت لازم است تا هر چه زودتر نسبت به دریافت گذرنامه جدید اقدام نمایند.

4) اسامی مدیران و مشخصات کاروان‌ها، همچنین هزینه قطعی کاروان های حج پس از اجاره کامل منازل در مکه مکرمه و مدینه منوره و هزینه های مرتبط با حمل و نقل ، تغذیه ، تدارکات و تامین ارز مربوطه، متعاقباً از طریق پایگاه اطلاع رسانی این سازمان به نشانی www.hajnews.ir و دیگر رسانه‌ها به اطلاع متقاضیان خواهد رسید.
