تفاهم نامه اعزام کاروان های دانش آموزی عتبات عالیات با حضور رییس سازمان حج و زیارت و معاون پرورشی و فرهنگی وزارت آموزش و پرورش به امضا رسید که بر اساس آن پنج هزار دانش آموز سهمیه اعزام به عتبات عالیات دریافت می کنند.

در مراسم امضای این تفاهم نامه، معاون پرورشی و فرهنگی وزارت آموزش و پرورش گفت: بنابر مفاد این تفاهم نامه و بر اساس سهمیه ای که به هر استان ابلاغ و شرایطی که تعیین می شود، دانش آموزان از آبان ماه به مرور به عتبات عالیات اعزام خواهند شد.

حمیدرضا کفاش اظهار داشت: این سفر معنوی ویژه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر دبیرستانی است که بر اساس معیارها و ملاک هایی که از سوی سازمان دانش آموزی تنظیم خواهد شد، از افراد ثبت نام به عمل می آید و درماه هایی خارج از زمان امتحانات کاروان های عتبات عالیات راه اندازی می شود.

وی توضیح داد: این تعداد دانش آموز بر اساس توافق به عمل آمده در گام اول اعزام می شود و بعد از ارزیابی در اقدامات بعدی این میزان سهمیه عتبات عالیات دانش آموزی را افزایش خواهیم داد.

وی تصریح کرد: این اقدام در راستای تحقق سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش و تقویت روحیه تربیتی و اخلاقی دانش آموزان صورت می گیرد زیرا هیچ برنامه ای نمی تواند مفیدتر از سفرهای معنوی و زیارت اماکن مقدسه برای دانش آموزان باشد.

کفاش افزود: عمره دانش آموزی از سال های قبل بوده و ما سهمیه مناسبی داریم اما شرایط را به سازمان حج و زیارت و نماینده مقام معظم رهبری در بعثه اعلام و درخواست افزایش ظرفیت کرده ایم اما با توجه به برخی محدودیت ها تصمیم در این رابطه در شورای عالی حج اتخاذ خواهد شد.

کفاش بیان داشت: همچنین در آینده نزدیک ایجاد حلقه های معرفتی دانش آموزان در قالب تشکیلات جدید برای برگزاری دعای باشکوه عرفه و استفاده از دانش آموزان در ارایه خدمات دینی در مساجد و مدارس را دنبال خواهیم کرد.

رییس سازمان حج و زیارت نیز در این مراسم گفت: این سازمان در سال های گذشته اقدامات مناسبی را در راستای ساماندهی عمره دانشجویی و دانش آموزی صورت داده اما به دلیل برخی سختگیری های عربستان هنوز امکان اعزام دختران دانشجو و دانش آموزان دختر به عمره فراهم نشده است.

سعید اوحدی تصریح کرد: در رابطه با اعزام به عتبات عالیات هیچ گونه محدودیتی برای دانش آموزان وجود ندارد و در توافق اولیه با معاونت پرورشی و فرهنگی وزارت آموزش و پرورش امکان اعزام پنج هزار دانش آموز به عتبات عالیات فراهم شده است.
