ئیس سازمان حج و زیارت در مراسم دیدار کارگزاران حج با رهبر معظم انقلاب در گزارش اقدامات و برنامه ریزی های صورت گرفته در خصوص حج امسال، از برنامه ریزی زودهنگام برای عملیات حج و مدیریت بهای تمام شده سفر حج و همچنین رشد 150 درصدی تأمین اقلام تدارکاتی حج از ایران و اجرای طرح انطباق به منظور رفاه حال بانوان زائر حج تمتع خبر داد.

به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی سازمان حج و زیارت، ‘سعید اوحدی’ در مراسم دیدار کارگزاران حج با رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی که پیش از ظهر روز یکشنبه برگزار گردید، در گزارش عملکرد یکساله این سازمان گفت: بحمدالله طي موسم عمره گذشته حدود 820 هزار نفر از 7 ميليون متقاضي ثبت نام شده ، به سرزمين وحي مشرف شدند و پس از سالها ،توفيق حضور در مدينه منوره از نيمه اول ماه صفر، خصوصاً ايام اربعين و 28 صفر نصيب زائرين عزيز ايراني گرديد.

وی در خصوص مدیریت بهای تمام شده سفر عمره افزود: حضور به موقع در بازار عربستان و ارائه برنامه سفر 10 روزه عمره موجب گرديد تا ضمن ارتقاء كيفيت خدمات، رعايت حقوق زائرين و ساماندهي نسبي بازارگردي، در مجموع هزینه ای بالغ بر 400 ميليارد تومان در عملیات عمره صرفه جويي انجام گیرد.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت در گزارش عملکرد یکساله این سازمان، به انجام 16 سفر استانی با حضور معاونین سازمان حج و بعثه مقام معظم رهبری به منظور شناسایی و بهره گیری از ظرفیت استان ها اشاره کرد و اظهار داشت: امضاء چهار تفاهم‌نامه با ستادهاي عمره دانشجوئي و دانش آموزي، ستاد بازسازي عتبات و سازمان بسيج مستضعفين به منظور بهره مند شدن از ظرفيت هاي مردمي از جمله اقدامات زيربنائي در حوزه حج و زیارت بوده است.

اوحدی در این خصوص ابراز امیدواری کرد: با بكارگيري امكانات گسترده قرارگاه مركزي راهيان نور، شاهد تحول اساسي و مديريت جهادي در اعزام زائرين به عتبات، خصوصاً در ايام اربعين باشيم.

معاون وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی به تشکیل «ستاد دائمی اربعین» در سازمان حج و زیارت اشاره کرد و گفت: برگزاری جلسات منظم و مستمر این ستاد با حضور نمايندگان دستگاههاي همكار ، نتايج تاثيرگذاري را به منظور ساماندهي حضور هرچه با شكوه تر عاشقان حسيني(ع) ، در مراسم راهپيمائي اربعين به سمت كربلاي معلي در پی خواهد داشت.

رئیس سازمان حج و زیارت به مصوبه اخیر «ستاد دائمی اربعین» در راستای تسهیل و تسریع اعزام زائران عتبات در ایام اربعین حسینی(ع) به کربلا اشاره کرد و توضیح داد: ارائه خدمات پزشكي و بيمه رايگان توسط سازمان حج و زيارت با هماهنگي هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران و حذف عوارض مناطق آزاد مرزي ، از جمله تصميمات مهم اين ستاد بوده است.

مهندس اوحدی در خصوص توسعه زیرساخت های رفاهی و خدماتی زائران عتبات بیان داشت: تأسيس دو شركت جديد ، با استفاده از ظرفيتهاي قانوني ، بعنوان تجلي اقتصاد مقاومتي در حوزه زيارت ، با مشاركت بخش خصوصي و بانكهاي كشور، زمينه ساز برنامه ريزي سه پروژه مهم دراعتاب مقدسه ، طراحي هتلهاي كوثر شلمچه و مهران و شروع عمليات اجرايي زائر سراي شهداي طريق القدس در بستان به منظور ارائه خدمات به زائرين ايراني و عراقي گرديده است.

وی افزود: امسال نيز همچون سال گذشته تمهيدات لازم به منظور ارائه خدمات به 2500 نفر از ايرانيان عزيز مقيم خارج از كشور در حج امسال صورت پذيرفته است.
