روابط عمومی حج و زیارت استان اعلام کرد: متقاضیان اعزام به عتبات در ایام اربعین حسینی(ع) می توانند از ساعت 14 امروز با مراجعه به دفاتر خدمات زیارتی سراسر استان نسبت به ثبت تقاضای اعزام به عتبات در ایام اربعین در قالب طرح ساماندهی اقدام نمایند.

در اطلاعیه روابط عمومی حج و زیارت استان آمده است: متقاضیان حضور در همایش اربعین حسینی(ع) در کربلای معلی از ساعت 14 امروز سه شنبه 20 آبان ماه با مراجعه به دفاتر خدمات زیارتی سراسر استان می توانند جهت ثبت نام در طرح ساماندهی اعزام زائران به عتبات در ایام اربعین اقدام نمایند.

بر اساس این اطلاعیه متقاضیان 15 هزار تومان به عنوان حق کارگزار و 40 دلار نقدی به عنوان هزینه دریافت ویزای عراق به دفاتر خدمات زیارتی پرداخت می کنند.

بر اساس اعلام سازمان حج و زیارت هزینه بیمه و خدمات پزشکی زائران ایام اربعین رایگان خواهد بود و از این بابت هزینه ای از زائران دریافت نخواهد شد.

لازم بذکر است در این ثبت نام زمان حضور زائران در مرز مشخص خواهد شد و زائران لازم است بگونه ای برنامه ریزی کنند که در زمان مقرر که از طریق سامانه به آنها اعلام خواهد شد، در مرز حضور داشته باشند.

گفتنی است اعزام زائران از طریق سه مرز مهران، شلمچه و چزابه صورت می گیرد و بر اساس ظرفیت هر مرز مشخص می شود که زائران باید از کدامیک از مرزهای کشور به عراق عزیمت نمایند.

لازم به توضیح است گذرنامه زائران باید دارای حداقل 4 ماه اعتبار از زمان اعزام باشد.
